Dashboard Overview
Home → Dashboard shows real-time KPIs:
- • Open repairs by status
- • SLA compliance (response / resolution)
- • Safety latches triggered (24h / 7d / 30d)
- • Contractor utilisation
- • Compliance alerts (gas, EPC, fire, HMO)
- • Tenant satisfaction trend
Customise: Drag to reorder, hide/show widgets, set date range.

1. Repair Performance
Reports → Repair Performance

Per contractor:

- • Average response / resolution time
- • Quote accuracy (quoted vs actual)
- • Tenant satisfaction score
- • Compliance status (certs, insurance)
- • Revenue (if billing integrated)
Benchmark: Compare against portfolio average.

Export to CSV for accounting integration.
5. Portfolio Health
Reports → Portfolio Health
Composite score per property:
- • Compliance % (gas, EPC, fire, HMO)
- • Repair backlog (open > SLA)
- • Tenant satisfaction
- • Contractor coverage (trades available locally)
- • Capital expenditure forecast (EPC improvements, major works)
Custom Reports
Reports → Custom → New Report
1. Select data source (Repairs, Contractors, Properties, Compliance, Tenants)
2. Choose columns
3. Add filters, grouping, sorting
4. Save as template
5. Schedule email delivery (daily/weekly/monthly)
Scheduled Reports
Pre-built scheduled reports:
- • Daily: Open repairs, safety latches, overdue compliance
- • Weekly: Contractor performance, SLA compliance, tenant satisfaction
- • Monthly: Financial summary, portfolio health, compliance forecast

Configure recipients per report.
